This research introduces a 4C framework for designing assessments in the age of generative AI: collaboration, critique, content disclosure, and confirmation. Based on mixed-methods research with instructors, it offers a flexible alternative to linear AI-use models, helping educators evaluate student work while adapting to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
