This research explores how Islamic fintech can make AI-driven financial systems fairer, safer, and more transparent. By examining UK law, regulation, and Islamic financial principles, it investigates how ethical finance can reduce financial risk, improve inclusion, and guide the responsible development of next-generation financial technologies.
