Transformations for Sustainability: Learning from Successes to Overcome Inertia - Jen Holzer

This research examines how sustainability transformations occur by analysing successful cases. A Prince Edward Island example shows how urgency, stakeholder collaboration, and policy innovation enabled change. Using leverage points theory, the study highlights how shifts in deeper system structures and mental models can trigger large-scale, effective transformations toward sustainability.
